What You’ll Do

Own the Product Funnel: You’ll analyze, optimize, and fine-tune every stage of acquisition, retention, and monetization using tools like Adapty, Appsflyer, and Firebase. If you’re unfamiliar with these tools or are Googling them now, please stop reading. This isn’t the right fit for you.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with developers, marketers, and designers to bring big ideas to life. You’ll have to speak “tech” and “marketing” fluently — in the same sentence, if needed.

Unleash Data Power: Use tools like Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and automation platforms to track metrics, make data-driven decisions, and spark growth. If “data-driven” sounds like a buzzword, please keep looking.

Innovate with AI: Push boundaries with AI tools, integrating them into products and workflows to create game-changing solutions. If you ask Google a question instead of an AI tool, this isn’t the place for you.

Drive the Vision: Contribute to the roadmap, prioritize features, and balance immediate wins with long-term impact.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit? (These are the essentials)

🧠 Analytical Mindset: You thrive on data, love solving complex problems, and always seek to understand the “why” behind the numbers. If numbers scare you, this is not the right place.

💻 Tech Fluency: You’re comfortable with APIs, automation platforms, and understanding how systems work together. If you don’t know what an API is, stop reading now.

👥 User-Centric Attitude: You’re always thinking about the people using the product and how to make their experience better. If you don’t care about the user, don’t bother applying.

🚀 Self-Starter Energy: You take initiative, manage your time effectively, and don’t wait for someone else to tell you what to do. If you need constant reminders to finish tasks, this isn’t for you.

🤔 Curiosity & Creativity: You’re excited about experimenting with new tools, asking hard questions, and challenging the status quo. If you’re just looking for a routine 9-5, this is not the right role.

Nice-to-Haves (You’ll be ahead of the curve if you have these):

✅ Experience with Adapty, Stripe, Solidgate, or Appsflyer.

✅ Familiarity with AI tools, no-code platforms, or automation systems.

✅ Previous experience in a startup environment.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics. (If you’ve got a degree in something completely unrelated and think that qualifies you, let’s talk again when you meet the other requirements.)

This is not a project manager role. If you’re most comfortable managing timelines, coordinating tasks, and doing everything except pushing the product forward, please stop reading now. You’re likely going to be disappointed (and we’d prefer not to waste your time).

We’re looking for a product owner — someone who drives growth and innovation while taking ownership of results. If you’re afraid of responsibility or don’t like making tough calls, this is not for you.
