We’re now hiring a Product Marketing Artist — someone who knows that great creatives don’t just look good, they convert.
You’ll work across design, performance, and content to produce visuals that capture attention and drive results.

If you’ve never built ads for performance campaigns or worked with creative data — this role isn’t for you.

🔍 What You'll Do

Produce Ad Creatives
Design scroll-stopping videos and static visuals for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Leverage AI & Design Tools
Use Figma, Photoshop, CapCut, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT and other tools to ideate and execute quickly.

Take Part in UGC Production
Contribute to UGC-style ad workflows — from idea to script to edit.

Conduct Market & Competitor Research
Stay ahead of trends by analyzing what works in your category and beyond.

Generate Original Content Ideas
Develop fresh creative concepts that reflect both brand and audience behavior.

Track & Iterate Based on Performance
Collaborate with performance marketers to interpret ad metrics and continuously optimize.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work with growth, product, and content teams to align creative direction with company goals.

Own Output End-to-End
Take full ownership of your creative — from concept to export, with minimal hand-holding.

✅ Must-Haves

2+ years of experience designing performance ad creatives

Strong design foundation — layout, color, typography, storytelling

Proficiency in creative tools like Figma, Photoshop, CapCut, After Effects

Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.

Understanding of creative performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPAs, etc.)

Experience with social ad formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)

Fluent in English — written and visual communication

Ability to work fast, iterate often, and deliver on time

Designers who haven’t worked on paid ads

Creatives who resist feedback or data

People who wait for instructions instead of owning the brief

Candidates unfamiliar with current social ad trends

Experience working with creative testing systems (hooks, angles, variants)

Familiarity with UGC formats and scripting

Comfort with light motion/animation work

Past work in startups, mobile apps, or DTC brands
