We’re looking for a Growth Manager who understands full-funnel performance deeply, and takes ownership of scalable paid acquisition.

This role is about scaling profitable revenue - not just running campaigns. 
 

What Will You Do?

  • Own and scale multi-platform paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid growth economics, including CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, and LTV.
  • Track and optimize the full funnel (web + app), identifying drop-offs and growth opportunities.
  • Lead ad creative direction in collaboration with in-house designers - turning performance data into high-converting creative briefs.
  • Build structured testing frameworks: test, learn, scale, repeat.
  • Leverage AI and automation to enhance attribution accuracy, reporting clarity, and iteration speed.
  • Partner closely with Product, Data, and Creative to align acquisition strategy with subscription growth and retention goals.
     

What We’re Looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, subscription experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven ability to manage CAC, CPI, and ROAS targets.
  • Experience directing and optimizing ad creatives based on performance data.
  • Strong understanding of funnel tracking, event-based analytics, and attribution.
  • Familiarity with web-to-app journeys and conversion optimization.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and automated workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias toward execution.

    Plus if you have: 
  • Experience scaling subscription-based products across multiple markets.
  • Experience working in AI-native or highly automated growth environments.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing significant monthly ad budgets.
