✨ What You’ll Do

As our Automation Expert, your mission is clear: Get things done by automating and optimizing processes using the best no-code and AI tools available.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Automate Business Processes: Use tools like Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, and Google Sheets to automate workflows, streamline tasks, and reduce manual work.

API Integrations: Connect different systems and platforms using APIs to create seamless workflows and automate data flow. If you understand how to integrate platforms without coding — you’re exactly who we need.

Leverage AI: Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to enhance decision-making and automate complex processes. If you know how to prompt AI to solve business challenges, you’re ahead of the game.

Build Custom Solutions: When out-of-the-box tools aren’t enough, you’ll create custom automation solutions using no-code and low-code platforms.

Create Dashboards: Design actionable dashboards in Looker Studio to visualize key metrics and track performance.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to understand their needs and build tailored automation solutions that drive efficiency.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We are NOT looking for a developer. We’re looking for someone who specializes in automating workflows and integrating systems without needing to write code.

Here’s what we want from you:

No-Code Tool Expertise: You have proven experience with Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, and other no-code tools. You understand how to automate processes and integrate platforms to solve problems.

API Knowledge: You know how to integrate APIs to connect different tools and systems together to create seamless workflows.

AI Savvy: You know how to use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to automate processes and decision-making. You’re comfortable working with AI to simplify business operations.

Problem Solver: You thrive on solving business challenges by automating processes and optimizing workflows. If you’re all about solutions, not problems — you’ll fit right in.

Action-Oriented: We’re looking for someone who gets shit done. You don't need anyone to micromanage you — you take action and deliver results.

Marketing Mindset: You understand how automation impacts business growth in a marketing-driven environment and how it can drive results for the team.

Basic knowledge of JavaScript and database integration is a plus, but NOT required. If you can solve business problems using automation tools, we’re more interested in your approach than your coding skills.

Developers or Engineers: If you enjoy writing code and developing software from scratch, this role is not for you. We are looking for experts who work with no-code tools, not coders.
