We’re hiring a Business Operations Assistant who loves order, accuracy, and clean processes.
You’ll support our HR, Finance, and Legal workflows — helping the company stay organized while everything around you moves fast.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Keep our documents, invoices, and records perfectly organized and properly named.

Collect and check monthly invoices, receipts, and payments for accuracy.

Track deadlines and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Prepare and update onboarding, offboarding, and HR files.

Communicate with vendors, consultants, and partners in a professional, timely manner.

Support basic finance and bookkeeping tasks (payment follow-ups, expense logs, summaries).

Maintain structured systems in Slack, Drive, and Airtable — everything where it belongs.

Assist your manager with weekly reporting and status tracking.

Must-Haves

2–3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations roles.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational discipline.

Strong communication and follow-up habits.

Comfortable with repetitive and structured tasks.

Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, Drive, and other productivity tools.

Basic understanding of finance or accounting workflows.

Professional tone and strong written communication — you know what to say, how to say it, and when.

💡 Nice-to-Haves

Experience in a startup or multi-country environment.

Interest in using AI or automation tools to make repetitive work easier.

Familiarity with simple data systems (Airtable, Notion, or similar).
