Growth Product Manager

We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager who fully owns the product and is responsible for its growth across the entire user journey. You take ownership, make key product decisions, and are accountable for the outcomes from end to end.

This role is about owning measurable growth — not just running experiments.
 

What Will You Do?

Instead of a fixed role scope, your focus will be on solving key product challenges such as;

• Own and scale the full growth loop, from acquisition to retention and monetization.
• Turn growth targets into clear hypotheses and execute high-velocity experiments.
• Identify growth opportunities across the funnel and remove friction points.
• Improve activation, engagement, and retention through product-driven growth initiatives.
• Design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly based on learnings.
• Use AI tools and automation to accelerate experimentation, analysis, and decision-making.
   

What We’re Looking For?

We care less about a perfect checklist and more about how you think and learn.

• Strong understanding of growth funnels, experimentation, and user lifecycle.
• Experience working hands-on with data (analytics tools, A/B testing, funnel analysis).
• Proven ability to drive measurable impact on acquisition, activation, retention, or revenue.
• High ownership mindset and strong prioritization skills.
• Clear communicator who can align cross-functional teams around growth goals.
  
  Plus if you have: 
• Strong track record of running high-velocity growth experiments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and AI-driven workflows in growth.
• Experience building or improving growth systems, not just running isolated experiments.
