We’re hiring a Creative Content Strategist who can:

Think like a marketer, write like a creator, and act like a founder.

Turn ideas into stories, and stories into monetizable content.

Elevate the product — not just fill it with words.

🔍 What You'll Do

Spot Trends & Translate Them into Content
Stay ahead of culture, learning, and wellness trends. Identify what people really care about — and craft stories, lessons, or challenges around them.

Design Content That Converts
Develop and package content that boosts retention, engagement, and monetization.
You’ll connect emotion with data — making content not only loved, but profitable.

Collaborate Across Products
Work with product, growth, and design teams to align messaging and experience across KitUP, Mindguru, and Lina AI.

Build Scalable Systems
Create repeatable frameworks for content discovery, curation, and creation.
Think “content engine,” not “content queue.”

Elevate Quality & Voice
Set the bar for clarity, storytelling, and emotional depth.
Every module, script, or copy should make users say: “This feels premium.”

✅ Must-Haves

2+ years in content strategy, creative writing, or edtech/media

Strong grasp of consumer psychology and digital learning trends

Proven ability to turn content into engagement or conversions

Deep curiosity for books, ideas, tech, and self-development

Experience working with creative or product teams

English fluency, proactive mindset, and bias for action
