🔍 What You'll Do

Own & Optimize Full Funnel Flows
Analyze, design, and improve conversion funnels across our web and web-to-app journeys

Build CRO Systems, Not Just Tests
Implement scalable frameworks for experimentation, data tracking, creative iteration, and decision-making

Set Up and Run A/B Tests
Work with product, growth, and design teams to design and execute experiments across landing pages, flows, and onboarding steps

Track and Analyze Behavior
Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, Appsflyer, and Looker Studio to uncover friction points and identify high-impact opportunities

Implement Tagging & Tracking Infrastructure
Work hands-on with GTM, Meta Pixel, and custom event schemas to ensure accuracy and visibility

Automate and Scale with No-Code Tools
Use platforms like Make, Zapier, Airtable to streamline analytics flows, reporting, and creative testing infrastructure

Collaborate Across Growth & Product
Align conversion efforts with performance marketing campaigns and product roadmaps

✅ Must-Haves

2+ years hands-on experience with CRO, funnel optimization, or growth product experimentation

Strong knowledge of A/B testing principles, tools, and statistical significance

Familiarity with web-based flows, web-to-app onboarding, and event-based tracking

Experience with GTM, Meta Pixel, and analytics tools like GA4 or Appsflyer

Comfortable working with no-code or low-code automation (Make, Zapier, Airtable)

Fluent English — written and spoken

Analytical mindset, curiosity-driven, and results-oriented

Worked with Stripe, Appsflyer, Adapty, or similar platforms

Basic SQL, spreadsheet modeling, or product analytics understanding

Previous collaboration with performance marketing or paid UA teams
