We’re looking for an AI Developer who thinks in systems rather than tasks, understands how to turn business problems into autonomous workflows, and takes full ownership from idea to execution.

This role is about building leverage — not just writing prompts.


What Will You Do?

  • Design and build AI agents and workflows that replace internal operations.
  • Own and scale intelligent systems across the company from reporting to decision-making.
  • Turn operational pain points into automated, self-improving workflows.
  • Identify bottlenecks (reporting, manual decisions, ops chaos) and eliminate them with AI systems.
  • Build internal tools like Slack agents, async assistants, and automated reporting systems.
  • Integrate multiple tools (Stripe, Slack, Webflow, Notion, Meta Ads, Looker Studio, Typeform, etc.) into cohesive workflows.
  • Own everything end-to-end: spotting problems, designing solutions, and shipping them.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and evolve workflows as models and tools improve.


What We’re Looking For?

  • 3+ years in growth-focused product roles, ideally on B2C subscription.
  • Strong understanding of web funnels, experimentation frameworks, and conversion optimization.
  • Comfortable working hands-on with data (analytics tools, A/B testing, funnel analysis).
  • High ownership mindset and strong prioritization skills.
  • Clear communicator who can align product, design and marketing around measurable outcomes.

    Plus if you have: 
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-velocity experimentation environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools or AI-native workflows.
